Your family's history stays yours
Updated
A family’s memory is worth being careful with. Here’s Ourday’s posture, in the words we hold ourselves to.
As long as you want it
Your family’s history stays as long as you want it. We ask before we delete. When Ourday does propose clearing something old, it names what and why, and a parent says yes or no.
What happened, stays happened
We don’t quietly rewrite your family’s history when calendars change. A cancelled practice is recorded as cancelled, not erased. Done things stay done. Removals can be undone for a day, and Ourday always says what it did.
The one thing we deliberately don’t keep
Documents. We extract what matters from your kids’ school documents and don’t keep the documents themselves. See “What happens to papers and photos you send” for exactly how that works.
