Why Ourday asks follow-up questions

Updated

Ourday’s rule is simple: never guess wrong on your family’s time.

One question beats a wrong guess

If you say “remind me at 5”, Ourday asks what the reminder should say. If two items could match “cancel the practice”, it asks which one. If a message arrives garbled, it says so instead of pretending it understood.

Never silence

Every message gets a real answer: either a confirmation of what happened, or one short question that gets us there. Ourday never drops something on the floor and never says “got it” to something it didn’t actually get.

It gets to know your family

The more your family uses Ourday, the less it needs to ask. Corrections teach it. So does the way you all talk.
