Family lists

Updated

Lists are the family’s shared scratchpads, and everyone in the family can use them by just talking.

Add, check, read, clear

  • “Add milk and eggs to grocery.”
  • “What’s on the Costco list?”
  • “Got the milk.” (checked off)
  • “Clear the checked stuff off grocery.”

New lists start themselves

Say “add sunscreen to the beach trip list” and if there’s no beach trip list yet, there is now. Lists answer to nicknames too: teach one with “the H-E-B list is the grocery list”.

Everyone’s in it together

Whoever’s at the store sees what the house needs; whoever’s at home adds to it. That’s the point.
